Feelz on Wheelz
Early Support Hubs
Young People are the experts in the issues most affecting them, and the solutions and services needed, Area 43 are proud to support young people in the provision of Early support mental health hubs that are youth-led. Young people tell us they need safe, dedicated, quality meeting spaces, where they can access different types of support should they need it.
Area 43 is committed to ensuring a network of early intervention mental health hubs across Ceredigion, and to sharing our knowledge with other safe space projects across the UK. Area 43 currently has three early support hubs, delivered in partnership across Ceredigion.
Based in Cardigan and running for three years.
A mobile hub based in the more rural difficult to reach areas of the county. Moving on a timetable basis, more information can be found here.
Area 43 are working in partnership with Stage Goat Lampeter to launch and new hub based out of Lampeter….coming soon!

Depot, Feelz on Wheelz and all our hubs are all about meeting the needs of young people, as defined by them. We aim to be a known source of support for young people and offers them a secure base during times of immense change in their lives, whether they are ‘at risk’ or not.
Depot is informal, fun, and although programmes and support are facilitated by caring and understanding support workers, they are youth-determined and led.
Depot is a safe space for anyone aged 14-25, it’s totally open access, meaning you can just walk in—no need for any sign-ups or referrals, and the only requirement is being the right age!
S3 is the Youth Board for Dyfodol Ni, a National Lottery Funded project, which uses and promotes new ways of improving young people’s mental health.
Stage Goat and Area 43 have partnered to deliver a new support hub in Lampeter. The hub will follow Depot’s safe space model, providing early intervention for young people ages 13-25.
