We are tackling head-on, the issues around isolation, self-esteem, and resilience to reduce the impact of mental health issues affecting young people by working with young people, rather than creating services and fitting young people into them.
We are flexible, needs-led, trauma-informed and trustworthy. Young people know that they can come to us, not just when in crisis, but before then, that they will be heard, listened to and supported to make changes.
All of our counselling services aim improve the emotional and mental wellbeing of young people affected by mild to moderate mental health concerns, by offering short-term, independent, person-centred, non-judgmental, confidential counselling that builds resilience.
We understand that young people with multiple and complex needs may require a larger support networks, so we utilise our knowledge and links with other services to best meet their needs.
